We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Specifically, we store information in Google Cloud, which provides robust security and privacy protections as part of our package. Additionally, we have collected personal identifiers in the last 12 months through on-boarding paperwork files collected in person. These documents are stored in both cloud storage and as physical original files in a safe at our headquarters office.
6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

In Short: We obtain consent before sending SMS communications and provide clear opt-out mechanisms.
We obtain your consent before sending SMS messages by asking you during a phone conversation if you wish to receive additional information via SMS. If you agree, we send you the requested information and remind you that messaging and data charges may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to our messages, and you can get more information by replying "HELP". Additionally, we direct you to refer to our privacy policy on our website for further details.
Consent for SMS Communications: While on the phone with the user, we ask the customer to confirm if they wish to receive additional information via SMS. If the user agrees, the information is sent. We remind them that messaging and data charges may apply and that they can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP". For more information, they can reply "HELP" or refer to our privacy policy on our website.
